We’re thrilled to announce that our documentary Mad City Chickens has been officially accepted into its first film festival! The Wisconsin Film Festival recently contacted us to let us know the good news. We were uncertain as to whether or not they would take it since we had to submit an unfinished version for them to consider. But they did! We really wanted the premiere to be in Madison since so many of the chickens (and their owners) live there.The post-production edit is coming along nicely–getting closer to completion by the day. (We have until the beginning of March to hand them a festival version.)
