Screening in Chicago's Logan Square
At last night's screening of Mad City Chickens in Chicago's Logan Square, we had a wonderful Q&A session. People from the neighborhood were able to network and talk urban sustainability. We're seeing more and more people coming together to form egg co-ops--one homeowner houses the hens, but a number of others assist in the upkeep and all share in the bounty. This is especially helpful for apartment dwellers with anti-poultry landlords.
