See All 3 Zombie Commercials!

Our series of three zombie TV commercials created for Reptile Rapture are now complete. When this project was first planned, a call was put out for extras to play the "walking dead". We never intended any one "zombie" to have a starring role...yet it just worked out that way. The character played by actress Kellsie Wyman ended up being the zombie that connects the three pieces together.

View them all in sequential order below. For the most crisp results, change the video quality setting to 1080HD (or 720HD if your internet load time is slow)...

Wrap on Zombie Shoots

We completed the last of our production shoots yesterday for the Reptile Rapture zombie commercials. The first spot is already online and airing locally on television during current episodes of The Walking Dead.  The edit for the second piece is all finished except for final color grading. We expect it to be completed in the next couple of days.

The last of the three commercials, most of what we just shot yesterday, is already on the edit timeline and well into the initial draft. It shouldn't be long before it's finished as well.

A few pics from the shoot:

Tashai and store co-owner Cheryl Allen struggle behind the counter to get the zombies out of the store with their animals and supplies...

A zombie steps out across the ravaged threshold of the store. It's always fun to get to break glass for a shoot...

Store co-owner Richard Allen reacts to zombie remains, a fake arm prop that was thrown across the set...

Tashai does another terrific makeup job on  a "real" zombie arm (her own)...
